HOW DID SOWING THE SEEDS ROSARY MISSION START
The idea of Sowing the Seeds of Love started with Chisomo Njewa a student and resident of Zomba, Malawi.
It all started when he was chatting with a group of friends on facebook. He let them know he wanted to create prayer groups in his community and promote the Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet. His faith in God is very important to him. At one time he was studing at the seminary to become a priest but changed his mind as he felt he had no vocation. However, he realizes now that God had a greater plan for his life to be a missionary for his own community, to spread the gospel and be an advocate for the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet and spread the gospel to communities in Malawi.
Thanks to a group of friends on Facebook and an independent catholic charity Chisomo received rosaries, prayer booklets and prayer cards in order to start the prayer groups in his community.
This Picture is of the Repo Village Prayer Group, They were the first prayer group that Chisomo organized and the first recipients of the donated rosaries.
Unfortunately he was not able to provide them prayer cards and prayer booklets he received as they do not speak English. He will be giving away the prayer cards and prayer booklets to English speaking Malawi people. This is just one prayer group he wants to organize.
Our Lady of Grace Statue
An anonymous Facebook benefactor has donated a Statue of Our Lady of Grace. Chisomo Njewa loves Our Lady and He promised Our Lady He would consecrate the Sowing Our Seeds of Love Rosary Mission and the Sowing the Seeds Pilot Project to Her. And this benefactor heard of his dream and decided to make it a reality. Now His dream is real as the Statue is on its way from the United States. Let us hope and pray she arrives to her new home safely. The Rosary Mission's new name will be "Sowing the Seeds of Love of Our Lady of Grace Rosary Mission".
